  • Mission Statement:

 

Windward Warriors' mission is to create a baseball league that will positively affect our youth and the communities that we live in by providing an active, fun, and challenging activity that encourages skill, confidence, and character building so that our youth have the potential to grow into productive, healthy individuals.

 

  • Vision Statement:

 

Our Vision is driven by the key issues below:

  1. Bring Waimanalo and Windward Area youth back into their neighborhoods to play baseball.
  2. Help our youth to gain and/or build baseball skills, self-confidence, good sportsmanship, and any other quality that will encourage positive growth.
  3. Build a league that will help build morale and self respect for our communities.
  4. To grow yearly, by practicing fairness, open communication, and trust between the league and communities.
  5. Seek partnerships with other organizations that may enable our league to carry out its mission.
  6. Give back to our communities by participating in community service projects (i.e. graffiti cover-up, beach clean-up, etc).
